Miley Cyrus fight against the controversial housing development project on Phillip Island. She takes a part in the campaign to save this Island from being ruined. Miley Cyrus boyfriend Liam Hemsworth spent his childhood on this Island and she is also having a special connection with this place.

Miley Cyrus tweeted with her 2.5 million followers on Twitter that “Phillip Island is such a magical place, it would be a shame to see it change”

As a result of this the Australian government insists that it won’t be spoiling this magical place. Also the Australian Planning Minister Matthew Guy spokesperson, Bronwyn Perry said that “It’s fantastic that Ms Cyrus recognizes the beauty of Phillip Island, and the Government can assure her that it has no intention of spoiling the natural landscape of this unique area”
